after making the call It was suggested that I refer to Joel as my friend when convincing a relative to have their home cleaned out after many years of hoarding. “My friend” Joel coached me thru an overwhelming situation. We hired Bio-One of DSM for an extensive home trash out, and I couldn't have been happier with the work they did. They were thorough, detail-oriented, understanding and also kind. I just had a great experience with this team. I fell on some hard times with constant injuries over the last year and the state of my apartment was really embarrassing. They came in and were just super friendly and professional. They were very discrete with my neighbors and completed the work in half the time they estimated they would need. After a death in our family we needed crime scene clean up services. Bio-One was very helpful, answering my questions and working with me to get us in the schedule asap even though it was Christmas week. The cleaners were very thorough and kind. They came in an unmarked truck so that the neighbors wouldn't know what was going on. Their services were covered by home insurance. If you are ever in this unfortunate situation, I highly recommend using them.
