I just had a great experience with this team. I fell on some hard times with constant injuries over the last year and the state of my apartment was really embarrassing. They came in and were just super friendly and professional. They were very discrete with my neighbors and completed the work in half the time they estimated they would need. My apartment looks fantastic and they went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed.

After moving in the middle of a very hectic year our garage became completely unmanageable. I tried some professional organizers and they weren’t interested in doing a garage. That lead me to googling hoarding clean out companies. I found bio-one. They were professional and efficient, even when I was frustrated and overwhelmed. We got our garage cleaned out in 4 hours. It would have taken my husband and I days (we don’t have) and a divorce to get this done. I know this wasn’t their specialty, but if I required their services for trauma, crime scene, or extreme hoarding, I would absolutely trust them.

Bio One is an excellent company. They show up on time and get the job done. Issac Gallatin and his crew in Des Moines are very good at what they do. They cleaned trash, mold and rodent droppings out of my aunts home for me. Would have been an insurmountable task without them. I highly recommend them. No job is too dirty or difficult for them.
