Great experience, respectful and fast-working!

Joel Akers conducted an onsite review of the scope of work and provided an estimate to completely clean out three houses and six garages in a small community in Northern Iowa. A collaborative agreement was reached and Joel and team started work approximately a month later. The scope of work was accomplished in five days. The team worked steadily at the job and were professional and friendly. Joel arranged all large dumpsters needed for the job. Basic cleanup was accomplished at each work site. Each day they had us review certain items per our criteria to determine whether to hold or dispose. The volume of work accomplished was significant. I recommend Bio One; they are easy to talk to and work with!

Bio-One did an awesome job! I hired them to clean up my old, 100 year old, creepy basement which isn’t the type of thing they normally do (they are used to much more difficult jobs!). The owner came by for a free estimate and got my basement cleaned the next week. The staff were respectful and kind. They set out all of my belongings, let me go through them, and disposed of the items I didn’t want. Most importantly, the basement is squeaky clean now!! Would recommend!

We hired Bio-One of DSM for an extensive home trash out, and I couldn't have been happier with the work they did. They were thorough, detail-oriented, understanding and also kind. I received estimates from two similar services in the DSM metro. Bio-One was slightly more, but they were absolutely worth every penny and they went above and beyond. Working with the crew from Bio-One made a really tough situation for our family so much easier, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.

after making the call It was suggested that I refer to Joel as my friend when convincing a relative to have their home cleaned out after many years of hoarding. “My friend” Joel coached me thru an overwhelming situation. Joel and his team were wonderful to work with. Bio-One’s kindness and professional expertise got my family thru quite an ordeal. My family member has a healthy living situation now thanks to my trusted friend.
